This template is designed to help you track your daily stress levels and identify patterns in your stressors and your coping mechanism.
Database Fields The following fields are included in the database: Stressor A description of the event or circumstance that caused stress. Date The date of the entry. Stress Level A rating of your stress level for the day on a scale of 1-7. Rate first 5 levels as managable stress, and levels 6 and 7 as overwhelming stress. Response Active or passive Coping Mechanisms A list of coping mechanisms that were used to manage stress. Health issues Cost/benefits Lesson learned Notes Any additional notes or comments about your day.
How to Use this Template 1. Duplicate this template to create a new instance for each day you want to track. 2. Fill in the fields for each day, rating your stress level and identifying the stressor(s) and coping mechanisms used. 3. Review your entries regularly to identify patterns in your stressors and coping mechanisms. 4. Use this information to make actionable changes to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being.
